Med en faux pels, hat lavet af uldfedt (og med et tykt lag make-up), stilfulde solbriller på hovedet og en pakke cigaretter i hånden, blev Bill set ved et Steakhouse i vest Hollywood hvor fotografer tog billeder af ham.
Derfor er spørgsmålet: Hvad laver en vegetar i et Steakhouse? Bill blev kåret, samt Nena, som ''Mest sexede vegetare 2010'' af dyrerettighedsorganisationen PETA, for ikke at spise kød af ''kærlighed til dyr''.
Nå ja... på en restaurant med speciale i steaks, har de siden da også salater og bagte kartofler.
