Under sloganet "Musik schafft Brücken" ("Musik bygger broer") vil der i år den 23. oktober blive afholdt Help Music Awards i Berlin, og der vil blive samlet mere end 150 kunstnere på den røde løber.
Tokio Hotel er nomineret sammen med andre store tyske kunstnere som Samy Deluxe og Silbermond. Om drengene vil møde personligt op, for at modtage prisen, er endnu ukendt.
